RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Perform maintenance and repairs on company vehicles according to company policy.
  • Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
  • Record all vehicle repair and inspection details using maintenance software.
  • Manage inventory and order necessary parts and supplies.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment following company standards.

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Operational knowledge of diesel equipment and tools for troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Knowledge of specific truck engines preferred.
  • Ability to perform preventive maintenance, identify issues, and produce quality repairs.
  • Read and understand technical manuals and repair orders.
  • Possess a valid driver's license meeting safety regulations.
  • Physical ability to lift and perform various tasks.
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems and maintenance software.
  • Verbal communication skills for ordering parts and supplies.
  • Use lift devices to hoist vehicles with pumping motion.
  • Work environment includes chemical handling, fumes, and noise exposure.
  • Full-time schedule requiring 40-hour work week.
  • Meet standards for brake and annual inspections.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience or approved training program certificate.
  • Basic hand tools and certifications are a plus.
