Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and organizedTalent Management Assistant to support the Talent Management area and our HumanResources team in various aspects of talent management, employee development, performancemanagement, and internal communications processes.

Requirements:

  • Assist inTraining and Development:
    Collaboratewith the Talent Management to organize training programs.
    Maintaintraining records and track employee progress.
  • Support Performance Management:
    Assistin performance appraisal processes.
    Collaboratewith managers to ensure timely completion of evaluations.
    Helpemployees and managers understand and navigate performance managementsystem(s).
    SupportTalent Management keep employee data up to date in Performance Managementsystem.
  • Internal Communications:
    Assistin creating internal communications related to Talent Development initiatives.
  • Employee Engagement Activities:
    Assistin organizing employee engagement initiatives and events.
    Collectfeedback and suggestions from employees for improvement.
  • Assist in Compliance andDocumentation:
    Supportcompliance with HR policies and regulations.
    Assistin maintaining HR documents, records, and files.
  • Human Resources Team:
    Assistin various additional duties.
Knowledge, Skills &Abilities:
  • Bachelor'sdegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldpreferred.
  • 1-yearprior experience in HR or talent management is preferred.
  • Excellentorganizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficientin virtual communication tools and/or HR software.
  • Abilityto handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Self-motivatedand able to work effectively both independently and in a remoteenvironment.
  • A highdegree of flexibility and adaptability to accommodate the rapid changesthat come with a growing business environment.
