Castle is seeking a talented and motivated Associate Recruiter to join our growing team In this role, you will own day-to-day hiring operations for roles within the construction and remodeling industry while providing support to the Lead Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Own the recruitment pipeline: posting job ads, sourcing talent, screening applicants, scheduling and performing interviews, and extending offers.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely responses and a smooth candidate experience from A to Z.
  • Assist in the negotiation of employment offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Provide administrative support to the lead recruiter, including managing applicant tracking systems, updating job postings, and generating recruitment reports.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, or related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace including Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bonus points if you have experience hiring for outside sales roles or positions in the construction & remodeling industry.
