**Role Title: Client Delivery Manager

The Client Delivery Manager will lead and oversee the exceptional delivery of high profile and critically important projects and services for large enterprise business.

As a Client Delivery Manager, you will lead each project to make sure that the priorities, risks, resources, and schedule are managed well and in budget.

A Client Delivery Manager is an effective communicator, experienced working hands-on and independently, understands risk management and cybersecurity principals, is comfortable working under pressure and within deadlines, willing to travel to client sites, and confident communicating with the C-suite professionals, internally and with client partners.

The Client Delivery Manager leverages all attributes required of the role to provide a consistent and high-quality customer experience in the pursuit of the delivery of Cyber Defense Labs services.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the exceptional delivery of Cyber Defense Labs services by acting as the project and relationship liaison between client partners and CDL resources
  • Manage all aspects of the project execution including scope definition, requirements gathering, project planning, change control, risk management and reporting
  • Manage customer communications, serving as the primary interface for all customer issues and resolutions
  • Build and nurture strong professional relationships with the client partner stakeholders and key personnel
  • Lead, schedule and manage customer service reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly), often with executive leadership, including presentation preparations, pre-planning meetings internally and follow-up activities post meeting
  • Facilitate complex team meetings, involving business and technical resources, including internal and external audiences
  • Act as the voice of the customer; provide internal feedback on individual customer needs; collaborate with cross-functional teams as a customer advocate to integrate client feedback into decisions on processes, products, and service offerings to improve client usability, satisfaction, and loyalty
  • Ensure consistency and adherence to company standards, processes, and policies for all projects
  • Demonstrate credibility as a business partner to ensure business and technology decisions are reached to support business goals and objectives
  • Work in conjunction and collaboration with sales and account management team and executive leadership to help identify areas for account growth and future opportunities

Role Qualifications- Essential Skills, Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree required
  • At least 10 years experience leading complex cross-organizational projects, delivered on time and with high quality; preferably in a cybersecurity focused organization, serving medium to large scale enterprise customers
  • Advanced skill level of Excel, Word and PowerPoint are required
  • Very strong communication skills, ability to present reports and status updates to teams in a timely manner are required
  • Sound business judgment and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to influence others and demonstrated recent experience with major project and client relations ownership
  • Experience leading data-driven analyses, and influencing results
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a multi-geographical organization
  • Ability to travel domestically at least 20%-30% of the time
  • Flexibility to work in the Dallas headquarters office at least three days per week and work remotely two days per week, unless otherwise approved is required
  • PMP certification preferred but not required
