Description: Hours: - Initial 30 hours per week with the possibility of transitioning to full-time Do you have excellent attention to detail and a desire to make a difference in an office setting? The Patient Care Coordinator plays a crucial role as the friendly face of our practice, ensuring an exceptional patient experience. Responsibilities: - Perform general office and administrative tasks, supporting the Hearing Care Practitioner (HCP) throughout the patient journey. - Efficiently manage the scheduling system to optimize testing opportunities. - Proactively reach out to current, past, and potential patients via various channels, and track appointment outcomes. - Aid in local marketing and sales efforts by identifying new avenues for community engagement. - Handle incoming calls and messages professionally, and conduct necessary patient follow-ups. - Maintain accurate documentation to comply with HIPAA and State regulations, including patient records and financial forms. - Manage cash flow, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank deposits. - Ensure a tidy and inviting office space. Qualifications: - High School diploma or equivalent required. - 2 years of office experience preferred. - 2 years of customer service experience preferred. - Proficiency in MS Office is a must.
