Human Resources Coordinator

Join our team at Uline's Pennsylvania Branch and be a crucial part of our success As a Human Resources Coordinator, you play a key role in guiding job candidates through the application process and assisting new hires as they embark on their career journey with us.

Position Responsibilities:
- Monitor HR email inbox, respond promptly to candidate inquiries, and send follow-ups when necessary.
- Schedule candidate interviews, conduct pre-employment assessments, and keep candidate files up to date.
- Assist with onboarding procedures, send employment information to new hires, and handle internal new hire paperwork.
- Communicate candidate details to interview teams, including senior leadership.
- Provide daily administrative support and contribute to various projects.
- Prepare weekly recruiting summaries.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR or relevant administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday) and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
