Job Duties
Exemplifies the image of "Aloha" while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures.

Under the direction of the Chief Engineer or Director of Engineering, perform repair and maintenance of any and all equipment found in and around the hotel. Specific work areas will be assigned as needed to each employee, based on skill level and experience. Accurate record keeping on assigned tasks is required. Ensure that all safety precautions are followed.

FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform preventative and regular maintenance on premises
  • Complete repairs and upkeep preventative maintenance of operational equipment
  • Complete hotel room and building repairs to include replacing ceiling tiles and light bulbs
  • Ensure the safety and attractiveness of hotel areas for guests and patrons
  • Make repairs on plumbing systems and all resort fixtures
  • Perform painting and repairing of walls, furniture, cabinets, and windows
Must be able to work flexible days and shifts and have a strong service oriented attitude and able to work well with others.
