About:


A lush French Moroccan supper club will debut on a waterfront spot on the Miami River in the late spring.

The destination that evokes a royal escape to the French Moroccan Riviera while drawing on vibrant bites and cocktails, and an enchanting nighttime scene.

The restaurant has a capacity for 200 and will include an outdoor patio with plans for sunset parties as well as a bar adorned with hookahs that will also feature one-of-a-kind tableside hookah service with customized infusions and flavors.

Nightly shows of roving belly dancers, contortionists and percussionists who will circle the dining room will enhance the nightlife-as-theater experience.


The menu encompasses a variety of tasty continental and Middle Eastern shareable dishes appealing to a broad range of palates.

The bar program draws on the North African and Mediterranean lifestyle, showcasing unique ingredients and flavors that induce a strong sense of place.


Position Overview:


As the General Manager, you will lead this extraordinary venue from its pre opening stages through to its operational and financial triumph.

You are tasked with spearheading a team dedicated to delivering a rich tapestry of cultural and sensory experiences, ensuring the club's seamless launch and ongoing success.

Your leadership will ensure the location becomes the beacon of nightlife in Miami, maintaining an environment that is as inviting as it is mesmerizing, right from its grand opening.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all facets of the nightclub's pre opening activities, from staff recruitment and training to the setup of operational systems and procedures.
  • Cultivate an exceptional team environment, guiding staff through the pre opening phases and beyond to exceed the high expectations associated with our brand.
  • Manage the establishment and execution of pre opening budgets and marketing strategies that capture the essence of a French Moroccan royal escape, attracting a discerning clientele from day one.
  • Lead the setup and finetuning of the club's infrastructure, ensuring all elements meet high standards for aesthetics and functionality.
  • Craft and implement marketing strategies that showcase the venue's unique theme and build anticipation ahead of the grand opening.
  • Negotiate contracts with entertainers and vendors to ensure a stellar lineup of attractions for the opening and beyond.
  • Develop and manage the financial aspects of the club, including pre opening expenses, ensuring profitability while upholding our standards of elegance and quality.
  • Establish rigorous standards of safety and cleanliness, ensuring every aspect is addressed prior to opening and maintained thereafter.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in luxury hospitality or nightlife management, prior experience with managing pre opening phases of highend venues is preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of nurturing a highperforming team from the ground up.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, particularly during the pre opening phase.
  • Deep understanding of cultural nuances relevant to a French Moroccanthemed venue.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
