Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of valuable, readable reports for stakeholders
  • Creation of visual reports for management presentations
  • Data interpretation and analysis for identifying trends and opportunities
  • Data automation through analysis
  • Database management for information classification and storage
  • Fulfillment of daily tasks and on-demand data reports to support business needs
  • Quality data audits, mining, and management to ensure compliance
  • Monitoring data trends for continuous improvement
  • Collaboration with Data Governance team for implementing data quality requirements

This role is exempt from overtime pay under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Statistics, or related field
  • Or, a Bachelor's degree in relevant field and two years of data analytics experience

Preferences:

  • Proficiency in analytical software such as SQL, SAS, and Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools like Tableau and Power BI

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Knowledge of Python, SQL, Power BI, and Machine Learning is advantageous for this role.

This position requires proximity to a Branch, Consumer Operations, or Professional Office Building in Birmingham, AL, Nashville, TN, Atlanta, GA, or Charlotte, NC. Relocation costs are not covered by Regions. Exceptions may apply for remote Regions associates.

Compensation Details:

Salaries are determined based on job-specific criteria and individual performance, experience, and location. The estimated salary range for this position in the specified Metropolitan Statistical Area is between $50,830.00 USD and $74,410.00 USD.
