Responsibilities of the Floater:

  • Adhere to departmental job expectations.
  • Assist in various departments based on production requirements, such as passivation, laser etch, shipping, deburring, machine operation, and office tasks.
  • Interpret blueprint specifications accurately.
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed correctly and in alignment with delivery timelines.
  • Operate various tools and equipment for finishing parts.
  • Examine finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Perform other assigned duties.

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.

Skills and Abilities:

Strong communication skills, ability to multitask, problem-solving capabilities, keen attention to detail, familiarity with blueprint reading, and hand tool usage are advantageous.
