Job Summary
Position Overview
IC&E Project Specialist role involves collaborating with the Project Lead to provide support for Permian projects, focusing on pre-commissioning, commissioning, and startup activities. The role requires adherence to company standards, local regulations, and industry best practices.

This position is Safety Sensitive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in project meetings and reviews
  • Assist in updating technical diagrams and documentation
  • Configure and calibrate automation devices
  • Conduct testing and inspection of control systems
  • Coordinate with contractors on-site
  • Execute safety reviews
  • Provide progress updates to project stakeholders
  • Resolve automation system issues
  • Offer post-commissioning support
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Complete assigned training

Basic Requirements
  • Authorized to work full-time in the US
  • Valid Driver's License
  • 3+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft O365 applications
  • Willingness to travel 75% of the time

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • 5+ years of upstream oil and gas experience
  • Advanced knowledge of technical standards
  • Experience with Allen-Bradley PLC programming
  • Ability to work on multiple projects
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated accountability and results orientation
