We are hiring for:

EVENTS SALES MANAGER

Houston, TX

The Events Sales Manager reports to the Director of Operations and is responsible for sales channels, strategic initiatives, relations, and support within corporate, association, and social group business segments. This role involves collaborating with internal and external partners to drive occupancy, revenue, and achieve strategic goals, making it a key role within the Operations Team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain customer relations across sales channels
  • Proactively prospect and respond to leads
  • Partner with Events Manager to maximize sales opportunities
  • Attend industry events to promote sales efforts and brand awareness
  • Secure corporate, association, and social events
  • Develop vendor relationships and partnerships
  • Collaborate with internal teams for marketing and sales strategies
  • Manage event operations and bookings
  • Research and monitor brand representation across channels
  • Deliver reports and analysis to meet revenue goals

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of group sales experience
  • Experience with multimedia presentations and tight deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple channels and initiatives

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

Work Environment:

This job operates in a variety of professional settings including office and tradeshow environments. Occasional work may include exposure to special effects.

  • Repeating motions and moving objects

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position primarily Monday through Friday with occasional evening and weekend work.
