Responsibilities:

These Administrative Assistants will provide invaluable administrative support to management and professional staff within human resources offices by performing the following tasks:

  • Supervising and monitoring the daily functions of the CPSU Support team
  • Coordinating and maintaining a database of agency contacts, Payroll programs, Employment and Retirement Verifications, and returned checks
  • Outline responsibilities and provide detailed performance programs and reviews;
  • Monitor workload and develop programs
  • Answering/directing incoming phone calls
  • Managing/distributing office mail
  • Maintaining office equipment
  • Maintaining electronic office files including copying/scanning of miscellaneous correspondence
  • Process Workers' Compensation claims
  • Other miscellaneous assignments
  • Maintain CBO Payroll staff lists

$43,768 (Administrative Assistant Trainee 2)
$46,306 (Administrative Assistant 1)
