A Team Member plays a crucial role within the company. This position involves guest service, food safety, quality control, and adherence to company policies. Team Members are assigned to different workstations based on their skills and business requirements, like cashier duties or food preparation in the kitchen. All team members are expected to complete assigned tasks and follow job routines.

Team Member Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare food orders, specialty drinks, and desserts following company recipes.
  • Stock supplies in designated workstation, including food, sauces, and paper products, ensuring correct quantities as per recipes.
  • Organize and use food and product deliveries following the first in, first out method.
  • Adhere to cash and banking policies, maintaining accuracy in change transactions.
