In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory, organizing merchandise displays, and ensuring the overall well-being of the store.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and adhere to company policies.
  • Conduct inventory checks and determine items for restocking.
  • Order merchandise from the warehouse based on various factors.
  • Receive, unpack, and price merchandise accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness in storage and display areas.
  • Set up attractive advertising displays to boost sales.
  • Handle tasks like unloading deliveries and assisting customers with their purchases.
  • Transport items to customers' vehicles and retrieve shopping carts.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position does not involve supervising others.QUALIFICATIONS
To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Minimum requirement of a high school diploma, G.E. D., or equivalent.LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to comprehend instructions, communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Basic math skills for handling transactions and measurements.REASONING ABILITY
Capability to follow instructions and solve routine problems.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
No specific certifications needed.PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The job requires standing, walking, lifting items, and good vision.WORK ENVIRONMENT
Expect occasional exposure to various environmental conditions.Pay based on experience: $11 - $13 hourly
