Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct support to the owner.
  • Work closely to carry out CEO-level responsibilities.
  • Gain insights into the operations and management of a company.

Tasks will include addressing challenges, assisting with presentations, analyzing data, task follow-ups, and preparing for team meetings.

Execution:

Demonstrate strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude in task completion and delegation.

Communications:

Manage communications with various stakeholders, improve the owner's ideas, and establish decision-making frameworks.

Special Projects:

Adapt quickly to the owner's evolving visions and participate in revenue-generating projects.

Driving the Team:

Act as a stabilizing force within the team, lead meetings, and ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.

Training, Skills, Knowledge, and/or Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in investment real estate.
  • Attention to detail in document preparation.
  • Effective multitasking and time management.
  • Strong analytical skills and curiosity.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated in remote work settings.
  • Texas Driver's License required.
Physical Requirements / Working Conditions:
  • Remote work.
  • Ability to travel to project sites.
  • Prolonged computer and phone usage.
