Your main task will involve understanding and analyzing customer requirements in the Asset Management field and effectively communicating them to delivery teams to ensure the right solutions are provided.
You will need to familiarize yourself with the various applications used in the customer's domain, identify challenges faced by them, and propose appropriate solutions. Your expertise and innovative mindset will be highly valued while offering top-notch consulting services on Aladdin.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the current system landscape and serve as a Subject Matter Expert for applications - Identify all impacted applications and interfaces, conducting stakeholder analysis - Act as a Business Analyst for specific projects/work streams in Asset Management - Manage end-to-end delivery within the project(s)/work stream(s) using agile/waterfall methodologies - Engage in Requirements Engineering by analyzing issues, creating FRDs, user stories, and other necessary documents - Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendor teams, and other relevant parties
Required Qualifications:
This role is based in Los Angeles, California, USA. Candidates must either reside nearby or be open to relocating. Essential requirements include: - Experience and understanding of Asset Management - Proficiency in BlackRock Aladdin modules such as Aladdin Explore, Security Master, Aladdin APIs, etc. - Expertise in integrating custom applications with Aladdin data sources
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred qualifications for this position include: - Bachelor's degree in engineering/technology/finance or related field - MBA/PGDBM/CFA or equivalent finance degree is a plus - Knowledge of Asset Management Domain is desired - Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience
