About the Job:


The Maintenance Tech I role is your chance to create unforgettable vacations by ensuring top-notch quality for our guests. Utilize your maintenance skills and customer service expertise to maintain each unit and building efficiently.



  • Perform all general facility maintenance under supervision, ensuring top quality and productivity.
  • Fulfill service requests and repairs as instructed, including painting, appliance repair, minor electrical tasks, and carpentry.
  • Conduct maintenance work for make-ready units as per instructions.
  • Apply basic repair and replacement knowledge for fixtures, doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry.
  • Keep the outdoor landscape clean and well-maintained, including trash disposal and general landscape tasks.
  • Inspect and clean building systems, reporting any issues to the supervisor, and adhere to safety protocols.

Qualifications:


  • Present a professional appearance, maintain a positive can-do attitude, and focus on teamwork.
  • Capable of working independently or collaboratively with others.
  • Possess basic handyman skills.

Compensation:
