Our client, in the biopharma space is seeking an ERP (SAGE X3) Administrator to join their team.

Job Title: SAGE X3 Administrator

Location: Winston-Salem, NC

Pay Range: Around $65/hour.

What's the Job?

- 5+ years ERP System Knowledge: Expertise in SAGE X3 ERP system maintenance and administration.

- Experience with Sage Business Cloud – Sage X3:

- Manage core business processes including inventory, sales, customer service, and finances.

- Handle financial operations with general ledger, cost accounting, and budgeting.

- Control procurement, cash flow, and business purchases.

- Utilize tools for scheduling, resource management, and operations management to collect data on production processes.

- **Master Control Quality Management System (QMS):**

- Manage quality systems including document routing and approval, CAPA, training, deviation management, and change control.

- Handle electronic batch records, Part 11 compliance, and equipment management.

- Preferred Experience: Electronic document management systems and system administration.

- Additional Knowledge: Resource demand and capacity planning, and scheduling software like Binocs for production scheduling, and vendor management.

What's Needed?

- 5+ years supporting enterprise-level business applications.

- Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions.

- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to varied audiences.

- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service orientation and a "seek to understand" mentality.

- Extensive experience with GMP-regulated manufacturing environments.

- Understanding of accounting principles and practices.

- On-site Requirement: Must be able to work on-site in Winston-Salem, NC as needed. Flexible with remote workers, but must be willing to come in when asked.

- Technical Skills: Experience with SAGE X3 and Sage enterprise intelligence.

- Project Management: Ability to manage projects effectively.

- Vendor Liaison: Act as the key liaison between service vendors.

- Service Management Background: Experience in service management is a plus.
