***This is a temporary role, lasting 6-9 months and will be primarily onsite in our Mendota Heights Office.
Role Summary
EQ by Equiniti is seeking a qualified Account Associate to join our Centralized Services team. We need a passionate and engaged individual to join our team and help us continue to drive our success forward. As a member of the Centralized Services Team, the Account Associate works side by side with Relationship Managers, Product Management, Sales, Operations and Legal.
Business Function
This role is the primary interface with customers of EQ Shareowner Services. This position partners with Relationship Managers, Account Associates, and Operations to be the face of our organization to our clients. This position is responsible for completing and distributing dividend work orders, creating dividend funding letters, providing dividend funding letters to the clients, completing client balancing audits for Relationship Management, and updating client authorized signers.

Education
- BA/BS degree is preferred
- Financial services and/or securities industry experience
Compensation
- $22.00-$25.00 per hour
