The Position:

  • Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) - Brighotn, MI - Full-time - No Late Nights - No Weekends

We're looking for a skilled BCaBA with a solid clinical background, a team-oriented mindset, and a commitment to serving our clients. Leveraging our unique therapy approach, we can expedite the development process.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Creates scenarios to observe client behavior
  • Develops suitable treatment plans aligned with clients' needs
  • Delivers treatment and customizes interventions as necessary
  • Recommends additional treatment by specialists when needed
  • Works within resource constraints
  • Stays updated on evolving research for evidence-based practices
  • Advocates for the inclusion of individuals with disorders and disabilities in society

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to make decisions while preserving client dignity
  • Previous experience as a BCaBA or similar role
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients, families, and colleagues
  • Excellent leadership and time management abilities
  • Adherence to ethical standards like HIPAA and BCaBA code of ethics
  • Excitement for upcoming growth opportunities
  • Passion for research
  • Capacity to think innovatively to deliver top-notch care

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
