Responsibilities:

Sales Prospecting:
Identify and research potential customers through various channels, including referrals, leads, networking, and cold-calling.

Provide technical expertise and professional advice to assist customers in making informed decisions.

Conduct thorough assessments of customers' existing HVAC systems and propose cost-effective upgrades or replacements.

Proposal Preparation:
Prepare comprehensive and competitive sales proposals to showcase the recommended HVAC solutions and associated benefits.

Present proposals in a clear and persuasive manner, addressing customer needs and pain points.

Sales Closing:
Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring clear communication of terms and expectations.

Overcome objections and address customer concerns effectively to secure successful sales.

Close deals in a timely manner while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Follow up with clients after installations or services to ensure customer satisfaction and address any post-sale inquiries or issues.

Proactively reach out to customers to offer additional services and upsell products when appropriate.

Sales Performance Tracking:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Track sales performance against targets and report progress to the Sales Manager regularly.

Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential growth opportunities.

Market Analysis:
Monitor the competitive landscape and analyze market trends to identify business opportunities and potential growth areas.

Provide feedback to the marketing team on customer preferences and market demands to inform future marketing strategies.

Industry Networking:
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach and acquire new leads.

Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge, best practices, and market insights.

Qualifications and Requirements:


Proven sales experience in the HVAC industry or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.


Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems and services, as well as an understanding of energy-efficient and environmentally friendly solutions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and compelling manner.


Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with internal departments to deliver outstanding customer service.

Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-lasting relationships with clients.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track sales progress, and generate reports.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as occasional travel to client locations may be required.
