Position: Executive Director

StepStone Family & Youth Services is currently seeking an Executive Director to oversee all company operations. As the Executive Director, you will play a crucial role in implementing Company Policies and Procedures, driving financial performance, and providing leadership support to meet established goals.



Responsibilities:
  • Review Operation's performance/support needs with Executive Management
  • Analyze Operations and Branch Staff alignment with BrightSpring's vision, mission, and values
  • Lead operations to maximize revenue and EBITDA
  • Evaluate and implement corrective action plans for underperforming operations
  • Develop annual budgets and operational plans
  • Provide leadership support and tools to achieve goals
  • Build business, increase sales to meet/exceed goals
  • Evaluate growth opportunities through expanding services
  • Coordinate staff training on systems, processes, and policies
  • Establish relationships and act as a liaison between operations and Leadership Team
  • Assess processes and performance
  • Lead the Core Team to support operations
  • Implement processes to improve performance goals
  • Supervise operations with Branch Manager vacancies
  • Develop and implement recruitment and retention plans
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Business, or related field; Master's Degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in managing operations, systems, and people
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience with at least 5 direct reports
  • Outstanding organization and leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills
  • Experience in Home Care or related healthcare field
  • Proficiency in technology and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Federal, State, and local regulations
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Experience in an office setting with computers and phones
  • Ability to travel 25-50% as required
