  • Providing thorough training to our Associates on cheese products, presentation techniques, and effective selling strategies.
  • Maintaining oversight of departmental operations, including production, sales, inventory management, and food safety.
  • Ensuring smooth execution of cheese shop operations and offering support to other areas of the Deli/Seafood department.
  • Demonstrating flexibility by working a varied schedule that includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications for Success:

  • 1+ years of experience in a retail or customer service environment, preferably in a managerial role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • In-depth knowledge of cheese products and the ability to represent them confidently.
  • Proven ability to drive sales through various techniques.
  • Display creativity and innovation with a keen eye for detail.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use technology for orders and training.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varying shifts.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. frequently and 40 lbs. occasionally.
  • Ability to handle heavy product-loaded carts occasionally.
  • Various physical activities as part of the role.
