Key Responsibilities:

Exciting opportunity to be a part of a brand-new best-in-class product & engineering and be part of creating and leading a new innovative advertising solution from the worlds best and largest airline in the world. We are seeking a collaborative and experienced product manager with digital advertising expertise that is excited to own the execution of a groundbreaking roadmap to support advertising on our .com & App channels.

  • Work closely with business teams to develop the strategic product vision and roadmap
  • Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on feedback, market research and business impact.
  • Communicate detailed product requirements and work closely with the Engineering and Data teams to build new products and features
  • Build a collaborative working relationship with sales and marketing management to compile business and customer insights to inform product roadmap
  • Conduct industry and competitive analysis to understand the emerging trends in the advertising industry to identify new opportunities

Qualifications
Whats needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field required; Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of product management in an advertising environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in marketing technology (MarTech) and advertising technology (AdTech) ecosystems, with a strong understanding of industry trends, platforms, and best practices.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of web and app development practices and technologies
  • Proven track record of working independently to develop and execute successful product strategies to drive business growth
  • Understanding of measurement and reporting, including ingestion of campaign data
  • Experience with Content Management System setup and management
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, growing environment across functions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred
