The Engagement Product team is looking for an individual to lead and develop the rich integration of Alight's growing Navigation and Clinical solutions into Alight Worklife's digital engagement platform.

You will be responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, you will work across a number of features, capabilities, and strategic priorities, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision with stakeholders, and working closely with UX design, engineering, analytics, sales, marketing, and client delivery to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Senior Product Manager's job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.

A successful candidate for this role possesses consumer-facing digital solutions experience with a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. This person will communicate with all areas of the company and at all levels. Execution of tactical and strategic needs is a must. The other parts of the company will support this role's strategic efforts to ensure that the Product's evolution aligns with the organization's strategic vision and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Alight's Navigation business stakeholders to understand new navigation and clinical capabilities, and define roadmap and prioritization for new value/capabilities to be developed, including digital features, AI personalization, digital triage, and content.
  • Take product capabilities from discovery to launch with ownership of the product development lifecycle.
  • Lead and participate in scoping, requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, and validation.
  • Defining Objectives and Key Results, assessing outcomes and owning plans to drive results.
  • Drive execution of ongoing integration of Alight's Navigation and Clinical solutions into Alight Worklife's digital engagement platform
  • Partnering with deployment managers and business stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and adoption of features.
  • Working closely with User Experience and User Research teams to understand and serve unmet client and customer needs through persona-driven design.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Client Management to tell the value story of the release.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience

The ideal experience and competencies for the role include the following:

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience building products from ideation through to launch
  • 3+ years within benefits, healthcare and/or engagement solutions
  • Experience with digital product capabilities, including content, education, and promotional engagement solutions
  • Demonstrated learning agility.
  • Familiarity with technology and ability to interact in technical discussions with IT stakeholders.
  • BA/BS Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related experience.

Pay Transparency Statement: Alight takes into consideration a candidate's experience, education, certification/credentials, market data, internal equity, and geography when determining an offer for a successful employment candidate, and Alight does so on an individualized, non-discriminatory basis. Therefore, an offer may fall anywhere between the estimated minimum base salary for this role of $92,100.00/year (for full time employees) and the estimated maximum base salary for this role of $176,500.00/year (for full time employees). In addition to a base salary, this position may be eligible for a bonus and/or other incentive plans.
