Job Description:
This role involves overseeing production operations for manufacturing drive shafts and components. Tasks may include machine operation, tool usage, and light assembly work. Responsibilities may also include ensuring quality standards are met, maintaining production schedules, and following safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate machinery following specified proceduresLoad and unload materialsMeasure product characteristics using gaugesAdhere to standard operating procedures and quality requirementsRecord and analyze part quality dataMeet production targets and schedulesAssist in machine setup and maintenanceReceive necessary training and certificationsTrain and support new hiresMaintain cleanliness and safety in the workspace
Requirements:
Education: High School diploma or equivalentExperience: CNC Machining experience preferredSkills: Understanding of tolerances, knowledge of industrial machines, familiarity with lean production concepts, and basic mathematics skills
Physical Requirements:
Ability to move around a large manufacturing facilityPhysical strength to lift and handle materialsCapability to work with oils and solventsFlexibility to work different shifts and overtime if necessary
