Responsibilities:
- Supervision of an interdisciplinary team providing community services
- Delivering evidence-based individual therapy in various settings
- Building relationships and acting as a crucial link between the treatment team, the individual, support systems, authorities, and the community
- Assisting individuals in developing essential life skills, socialization skills, and behavior management techniques
- Overseeing an on-call system for initial emergency responses
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Valid licensure for mental/behavioral healthcare in North Carolina or Associate license to be fully licensed within 30 months
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with behavioral health challenges
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
