Responsibilities:

  • Supervision of an interdisciplinary team providing community services
  • Delivering evidence-based individual therapy in various settings
  • Building relationships and acting as a crucial link between the treatment team, the individual, support systems, authorities, and the community
  • Assisting individuals in developing essential life skills, socialization skills, and behavior management techniques
  • Overseeing an on-call system for initial emergency responses

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
  • Valid licensure for mental/behavioral healthcare in North Carolina or Associate license to be fully licensed within 30 months
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with behavioral health challenges
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
