This position offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus as per guidelines.

  • Oklahoma Surgical Hospital (OSH), a facility owned by physicians, seeks a full-time Certified Surgical Tech for Monday - Friday shifts from 6:30 am - 5:00 pm with a rotating day off (e.g., Tuesday off one week, Wednesday off the next week, etc.). Every four weeks, you will enjoy a 4-day weekend by having Friday and Monday off in the rotation. The role may involve 2-3 days of call duty per month, with a weekend call required every 6-8 weeks.

Job Summary: Certified and Non-Certified Surgery Techs play pivotal roles in ensuring safe surgical procedures and optimal outcomes for patients. They possess the knowledge and skills necessary to maintain a sterile field and deliver quality patient care during operations.

Experience: Previous surgical tech experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Requirements: Completion of an accredited surgical technology program. Certified Surgical Techs must hold NBSTA certification post-hire. Current BLS certification is mandatory upon hire.

Skills: Proficiency in current Surgical and Sterile procedures specific to the unit/age is essential.
