Exciting Opportunity as a Billing Associate

SUMMARY: Join our team as a Billing Associate and be responsible for fee-for-service billing, payor contracts, and reimbursement amounts. You will resolve billing issues, communicate effectively with various teams, and ensure accurate revenue recognition.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage all fee-for-service billing activities.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports for management.
  • Identify and communicate billing issues to management.
  • Lead agency billing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Billing team.
  • Research and resolve billing issues.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Credible software.
  • Utilize knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial Insurance.
  • Understand HIV Intensive Case Management billing processes.
  • Familiarity with CPT Codes, Procedure Codes, and Translations.
  • Complete assigned duties from management.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • This role does not involve supervision.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in insurance, billing, and receivables.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.
