The "Avenue Bellevue" development is a recently built mixed-use project named "The Avenue" comprising 365 luxury serviced condo units in 2 towers opening November 2023, connected with the 208 rooms and suite top-notch "InterContinental Hotel Bellevue", convention center, multiple restaurants, 1,000-unit parking garage, and expansive luxury retail space.
The InterContinental Bellevue at the Avenue is searching for Stewards to assist in providing exceptional experiences and flawless service by aiding in the cleaning, upkeep, and sanitation of glassware, silverware, kitchen equipment, and kitchen production zones.
What to expect on a typical day:
- Performing various cleaning tasks in the kitchen and back-of-house areas such as dusting, mopping, scrubbing, washing, and buffing
- Maintaining the cleanliness of major kitchen equipment and dining facilities
- Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen utensils, pots, and pans
- Ensuring chinaware, glassware, silverware, and kitchen equipment are in impeccable condition
- Polishing silverware to ensure it is guest-ready at all times
- Stocking the kitchen with necessary cleaning supplies, chinaware, and cooking equipment
- Disposing of trash, cardboard, and compost in Food & Beverage areas
- Preparing the kitchen for the next shift by ensuring availability of chinaware, silverware, and other kitchen essentials
