RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Creates, updates, and reviews employee and client records
  • Enters data accurately into computer systems for proper record keeping
  • Administers DocuSign accounts
  • Prepares and sends communications via mail
  • Ensures precise document naming and storage
  • Assists in resolving document-related issues
  • Serves as a support point for DocuSign concerns
  • Ensures compliance with audit standards
  • Completes payroll tasks such as timesheet reviewing, time-tracking, proofing, and posting
  • Handles phone communications with stakeholders
  • Efficiently manages payroll processes and resolves discrepancies
  • Collaborates to identify areas for process improvement
  • Upholds company values and mission
  • Performs various administrative tasks
  • And other assigned duties

EDUCATION

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Associate degree preferred

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Extensive experience in complex project management
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to handle work pressure and manage time effectively
  • Skilled in building positive relationships and effective teamwork
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs, Internet, and Excel

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Role is remote-based from a home office.
