Property Operations Leader Job Summary:

Lead the overall operations of a property to ensure a safe environment for residents and a conducive workplace. Achieve excellence in quality, service, resident satisfaction, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate the HEROES principles in all interactions
- Build and lead a high-performance team
- Oversee property operations, marketing, and finances
- Maintain community standards and safety
- Develop budgets and maintenance plans
- Ensure compliance with regulations and policies
- Drive sales and marketing activities
- Promote resident services and engagement
- Monitor financial and operational data
- Conduct training and development for staff
- Support other assigned communities

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Manage property staff, assess performance, and address operational needs in accordance with company policies and laws.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of property management experience
- High School Diploma/G.E.D.
- NCHM COS & TCS Certification or equivalent
- Marketing and leasing experience
- Strong financial acumen
- Ability to lead and innovate
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Computer proficiency
- Attention to detail
