Refund Specialist Duties include:
  • Researching and identifying all patient credits in our practice management system
  • Accurately setting up refunds in the system to process patient payments
  • Identifying and reporting any irregular patterns or issues to the manager

Qualifications:

  • Attention to detail
  • Capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-driven and proactive
  • Prior experience with Excel is a plus

Preferred Experience:

  • 1+ years in a medical setting managing explanation of benefits
