Refunds Specialist

A qualified and reliable Refunds Specialist, with great customer service, to join our team. This environment is in a call center/corporate office for a well-known dermatology company. We pride ourselves in becoming the largest dermatology practice in the country, with no plans on stopping We are committed to provide the best experience and care for our patients.

**Refund Specialist Duties include**:

- Research and identifies all patient credits in our practice management system
- Accurately sets up a refund in the practice management system so a check can be cut to the patient
- Identifies any patterns or issues and reports them back to the manager

**Qualifications**:

- Detail Originated
- Able to perform at a high volume
- Self-motivated
- Quick learner
- Excel experience preferred

**Preferred Experience**:

- Nextgen experience preferred
- 1+ years experience with medical field dealing with explanation of benefits
