Seeking an experienced technology recruiter who embraces challenges, excels in building relationships, and enjoys a dynamic work environment. Responsible for attracting and selecting Customer Support Center teammates across various functions through proactive sourcing and networking. Providing a customer-centric recruitment experience to candidates and business partners.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Coraopolis, PA, with remote work on Monday and Friday, and office presence on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse talent pool using advanced sourcing techniques and unique sources.
  • Focus on recruiting niche skill sets or industries to identify exceptional candidates.
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications, conduct interviews, and provide recommendations to Hiring Managers.
  • Negotiate compensation, conduct reference/background checks, and ensure compliance with hiring practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, drive internal change, and maintain best practices in the recruitment process.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of corporate recruitment experience.
  • Technology recruiting experience highly preferred.
  • Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated passion for recruiting top talent, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to interact with hiring managers at all levels and handle special projects with flexibility.
  • Strong decision-making, organizational, and follow-up skills.
