  • Achieved consistent productivity and efficiency levels exceeding 85% among technicians.
  • Proficient in planning and scheduling workload distribution throughout the shop.
  • Accountable for minimizing downtime, reducing outsourcing of repairs, and collaborating with operations to ensure equipment availability.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership abilities, fostering education and motivation within a dynamic shop environment.
  • Preferred qualifications include certifications in OSHA, TIA, OE, or other safety/mechanical disciplines, though not mandatory.
  • Requirements:
  • Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening.
Due to the collaborative nature of the work environment, the spontaneous need for idea generation and execution, and the potential for expedited remediations, responses, or information gathering, in-person, in-office attendance is an essential function of this position
