Job Summary
We are seeking a Field Technician to join our team. In this role, you will support worksite operations through manual labor tasks. This may include assisting in air sealing and insulation installation, keeping the worksite clean through the collection of trash, or other necessary tasks. The ideal candidate is a hard worker with the ability to meet the physical demands of the job.

Certificates, Licenses, and Background:


High School Diploma or equivalent required

Current and valid drivers license with a clean driving record, reliable transportation

Clean record with ability to pass various background checks

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean work environment by picking up trash & excess building materials
  • Provide assistance to onsite tradespeople such as crew leader, foreman, plumber, etc.
  • Transport materials and equipment from one location to another
  • Operate power tools and/or insulation equipment
  • Assist with maintenance of shop & truck inventories
  • Keep detailed client files
  • Other manual labor tasks as required by the foreman or supervisor
  • Report any unsafe conditions or equipment in need of repair
Qualifications
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, comfortable in smaller spaces such as attics/basements, comfortable working in varying home conditions and temperatures
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations
  • Knowledge of power tools and industrial machinery is preferred
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Special consideration given to candidates with field related experience such as construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical.
