Austin, Texas, United States Charles Schwab Full time
Your Opportunity

At Schwab, you're empowered to make an impact on your career. Here, innovative thought meets creative problem solving, helping us "challenge the status quo" and transform the finance industry together.

This position sits within our Data-Driven Communications team, a group that leverages well-defined programs through well-managed capabilities and platforms to achieve Schwab's marketing goals.

Data-Driven Communications manages four programs: Marketing Automation, Lead Management, Connected Experiences, and Marketing Data Management, each of which supports several lines of business across the firm, including both Retail and Institutional. Each program is enabled by multiple capabilities such as Lead Capture, Campaign Enablement, Preference Management, and Data Mapping. Data-Driven Communications also manages several platforms that deliver these programs. Throughout it all, our team continues to strive to enable customer connections by providing effective solutions built on data, technology, and our expertise.

The Marketing Operations Process Manager position evaluates, designs, monitors, maintains, and reports on processes involving marketing operations within Data-Driven Communications. This includes looking for opportunities for consistency across operational processes, documenting processes, and communicating key information on a regular cadence. An ideal candidate will have a track record of successful process development working with multiple teams, be comfortable challenging the status quo, and enjoy pressure testing assumptions. You will like digging into operational performance numbers and communicating those to various audiences. You are also comfortable designing and writing documentation for both team members and the partners who request support from Data-Driven Communications.

Responsibilities:
  • Document all operational processes around targeted communications.
  • Design and implement new processes as required to maximize efficiency while mitigating risk.
  • Review existing processes on a defined schedule to validate, optimize, and/or retire as appropriate.
  • Manage operational reporting and artifacts (e.g., resource allocation and forecasting, volume reporting, produce Executive Summaries/detailed reports as appropriate for the audience, etc.)
  • Serve as the primary contact for process-supporting applications.
This is a hybrid position, working out of one of our office locations
