IPC is seeking a Service Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting programs that reinforce IPCs value to its Franchisee Members and to all Subway stakeholders.

The Service Coordinator leads continuous improvement of the Services Programs. This position will work with various departments within IPC including but not limited to the Support and Communications team.

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesEscalation point of contact for supplierEnsure suppliers are meeting contracted service level agreements as part of project oversightDocumentation of processesContinual review of program marketing material to ensure material is up to dateMaintain day to day relationships with franchisees and third party suppliersMaintain and distribute KPI reporting to senior managementMaintain contract management system updated, and timely communicate contract statusSupport existing and new programs.

Participate in update calls with suppliers to track progress. Identify marketing opportunities and areas of improvement and automation opportunities.

Coordinate and/or track program communication strategies website updates, email communications, webinar presentations/training sessions, to increase franchisee adoption, awareness and usage of programs.

Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesAbility to effectively communicate with multi-level personnel as well as vendors and their representativesAbility to analyze data in excel, Smartsheet, or other database and provide summary level reporting.

Analytical capabilities and keen attention to detail.
