Job Description:

We are delighted to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. We are actively striving to establish a fair agency guided by principles of inclusivity, with the aim of creating a workplace free from discrimination, bias, and racism. We firmly believe that teams where every individual can authentically be themselves play a vital role in fostering a dynamic workforce capable of effectively serving communities. An exciting opportunity awaits you. Are you interested in making a positive difference in the lives of Oregon residents who require support and resources? Would you thrive in leading a diverse team that collaborates and learns together to serve children, families, and communities? If your answer is yes, we are eager to hear from you.

The team is hosting an informational session to provide candidates with the chance to ask questions and gain deeper insights into this role. Please refer to the end of this job posting for more details.
