Descripción del Puesto:

Buscamos un Asistente de Marketing reflexivo, creativo y motivado que esté entusiasmado con el diseño y ansioso por aprender todo sobre la industria de diseño de espacios exteriores de lujo. Este rol es perfecto para alguien que disfruta de la variedad en su trabajo y está emocionado por la oportunidad de crecer con nosotros. Trabajarás directamente con el propietario de la empresa y el director de marketing, quienes te brindarán toda la formación necesaria para tener éxito en este rol. Se requerirá que vengas a nuestra oficina en Mesa para la formación. Los horarios son flexibles y pueden comenzar como un rol a tiempo parcial. El rol en sí es flexible y buscamos realmente a alguien que pueda destacar con su conjunto de habilidades específico. La creatividad, la capacidad de colaborar y excelentes habilidades de comunicación son imprescindibles.

Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Interacción con Clientes: Responder llamadas, gestionar clientes potenciales y garantizar una excelente comunicación con nuestros clientes de lujo. Tu carácter agradable ayudará a crear una primera impresión acogedora.
  • Gestión de Redes Sociales: Asistir a nuestro director de marketing en la gestión de nuestra presencia en redes sociales en plataformas como Instagram, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.
  • Creación de Contenido: Apoyar en la creación de contenido de diseño y materiales de marketing. Tu creatividad y atención al detalle serán clave para producir contenidos de alta calidad.
  • Soporte de Marketing: Asistir en la planificación y ejecución de campañas e iniciativas de marketing. Obtendrás experiencia práctica en varios aspectos del marketing.
  • Tareas Administrativas: Realizar varias tareas administrativas según sea necesario, garantizando el buen funcionamiento de nuestra oficina.

Habilidades Requeridas:

  • Experto en Redes Sociales: Proficiencia en Instagram, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest y otras plataformas de redes sociales. Debes estar al día con las últimas tendencias y mejores prácticas.
  • Aprendiz Rápido: Capacidad para asimilar rápidamente nuevos conceptos y habilidades. Buscamos a alguien que esté ansioso por aprender y crecer con nosotros.
  • Excelentes Habilidades Informáticas
  • Agradable y Profesional: Fuertes habilidades de comunicación, especialmente por teléfono, y la capacidad de interactuar profesionalmente con clientes de lujo.
  • Organizado y Detallista: Capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas y proyectos simultáneamente con un alto nivel de precisión.
  • También debe ser fiable, enseñable, productivo, creativo, tener la capacidad de funcionar tanto de forma independiente como en un entorno de equipo, y estar dispuesto a mostrar tu conjunto de habilidades

Habilidades Preferidas:

  • Experiencia en Diseño: Experiencia en diseño exterior es un plus.
  • Software de Structure Studios: La familiaridad con este software es un GRAN plus y te destacará entre otros candidatos.
  • Software de Diseño Adicional: Proficiencia en productos de Adobe, Sketchup y otros software de diseño también es un plus

Compensación

  • Pago Negociable: El salario comenzará entre $16-$20 por hora dependiendo de la experiencia. Dispuestos a negociar un salario más alto si encajas bien. También hay potencial para comisiones/trabajo por contrato para diseñadores.
  • Horarios Flexibles: El trabajo será en la oficina durante el entrenamiento, pero abierto a un rol parcialmente remoto una vez completado el entrenamiento.
  • Beneficios Después de 90 Días: Ofrecemos beneficios médicos, dentales y de visión después de 90 días.
