PrimeFlight Aviation Services - Communications Specialist in Sugar Land, Texas

Are you a pro at conveying messages effectively? We are looking for a Communications Specialist to join our team at PrimeFlight Aviation Services. As a Communications Specialist, you will collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement internal and external communication strategies that resonate with PrimeFlight's objectives and values.

  • Create engaging content for various communication channels like newsletters, social media, emails, and digital signage.
  • Manage internal communication channels for timely delivery of messages to employees.
  • Craft clear and compelling messages aligned with the company's brand and culture.
  • Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive work culture.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication efforts to enhance strategies continuously.
  • Uphold PrimeFlight's brand identity through consistent messaging.

A successful Communication Specialist will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Graphic Design, or Marketing.
  • 2-3 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Proficiency in content writing, editing, and proofreading.
  • Experience with creating organic content for organizations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital advertising platforms.
  • Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Spark or Canva.
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and marketing principles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and collaborate effectively.

Competencies: Problem-Solving, Customer Service, Interpersonal, and Oral Communication

Qualifications: Individual must fulfill all essential job functions. Reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities.

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

Language Ability: Proficient in English communication.

Supervisory Responsibilities: No supervisory duties.

Physical Demands: Role involves sitting, standing, walking, and occasional lifting. Vision and adjustment abilities required.

The noise level is moderate, primarily office-based, with occasional work in operational units.
