Position Description

Legrand offers a thrilling chance for a skilled and driven IT Systems Analyst/Developer to join the Kenosha team in Wisconsin within the Lighting Sector. As part of the IT team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the ERP environment and related applications deliver essential business capabilities.

**What Will You Do?**

- Engage with business leaders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Review and propose improvements in cross-functional business processes.
- Develop solutions combining business processes knowledge and technological options.
- Provide support for Epicor and other technologies, and assist in training new users.
- Document systems and diagnose reported incidents.
- Deliver customer support services and work with the IT Infrastructure team to ensure service excellence.

**Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:**
- Strong technical expertise in programming languages.
- Experience with Epicor ERP preferred.
- Proficiency in cross-functional process review and software development lifecycles.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- General knowledge of IT infrastructure and desktop operating systems.

**Qualifications:**

**Required Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.

**Experience:**
- Over 5 years of IT experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated success in delivering enterprise IT solutions.
- Experience with enterprise system integration and Epicor Kinetic is a plus.

**Special Job Requirements:**
- Limited travel may be necessary.
- On-site presence in Kenosha, WI is essential.
