Key Expectations for Associates:

Lead Mixologist Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain specialty cocktail menus in collaboration with F&D Management.
• Ensure top-tier bar service standards and staff training.
• Stay updated on industry trends and share knowledge with the team.
• Monitor and enhance customer service standards.
• Lead in creating unique cocktail experiences for guests.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years bartending experience in high-volume settings.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience.
• Strong service orientation and hospitality understanding.
• Proven track record in people development and team leadership.
• Professional demeanor with a focus on results.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions:

• Standing for up to 8 hours and ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Minimum age requirement of 21 years.
