C&E | Office Manager | Operations Administrator

We are looking for a meticulous, well-organized, and analytical individual to join our team and help us boost our operational efficiency. In this role, you'll be analyzing and maintaining KPIs, implementing process enhancements, and delivering top-notch customer service.


What We're Seeking:
  • Experience: A bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of work experience are necessary.
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both Spanish and English, both written and verbal, is essential.
  • Organizational skills: You should possess robust organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is crucial. Familiarity with modern tech tools like Google Forms and MS Office is advantageous.
  • People Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills are a must. You should be able to build and nurture relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Self-Motivated: A self-driven and results-oriented mindset, with an eye for detail and a dedication to continuous improvement.
  • Independent worker: You're a self-starter who can remain organized and excel in your role with minimal supervision.
  • Graphic Design background: A significant advantage
  • Finance: Financial and/or math background is a benefit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tech-Driven Operations Support: Assisting daily operations with a modern approach. Utilize your knowledge of modern technology tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. New ideas are welcome. Tech-oriented backgrounds are encouraged.
  • Revolutionize Recruiting: Facilitate recruiting using in-house systems and explore opportunities to develop cutting-edge recruitment methods for a competitive advantage.
  • Master of Multitasking: Handle various roles including analyst, administrative assistant, customer service representative, and recruiter. Your ability to manage diverse responsibilities is a strong asset.
  • Office Wizard: Manage office functions efficiently, from supplies to vendor relationships. Keep the office running smoothly with your organizational skills.
  • Project Management Pro: Work with the operations team to supervise and streamline project management processes, ensuring timely completion and exceeding client expectations.
  • Executive Support: Provide exceptional administrative support to senior management, managing calendars, and tracking expenses effectively.
  • Client Champion: Maintain client relationships, address inquiries, and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience
  • Proficiency in English & Spanish - both writing and speaking
  • Valid driver's license and access to a car
  • Prior experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, or in a similar administrative role
  • Thorough knowledge of office management procedures
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
