Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as a Solution Architect and a key liaison between customers, executing strategic plans from conception to Global Logistics operation
  • Hands-on involvement in configuring and deploying end-to-end solutions within Oracle ERP, focusing on SCM, Inventory Management, Manufacturing processes, and expertise in Oracle Transportation Management or Global Trade Management
  • Proficient in identifying and integrating web services and REST services for seamless Oracle ERP or OTM/GTM interactions with Satellite systems
  • Explore avenues for enhancing processes and procedures proactively
  • Engage in global, cross-functional collaborations to meet diverse business needs and objectives
  • Lead change initiatives, develop testing scripts, and conduct comprehensive testing using established methodologies and tools to ensure system integrity
  • Work closely with Technical and Middleware teams, Oracle, and consulting partners to resolve intricate challenges through effective solution architecture
  • Collaborate with various departments including Supply Chain, Finance, Order Fulfillment, Global Logistics, and Global Trade to address complex issues and deliver sustainable solutions
  • Produce detailed release documentation and user training materials as necessary
  • Promptly address incidents, service requests, and enhancement needs to ensure uninterrupted business processes and optimal customer satisfaction
Qualifications

REQUIRED
  • Bring over 12 years of experience leading Oracle ERP P2F implementation or Oracle OTM/GTM implementation/upgrades, with at least 1 year in Oracle Cloud ERP implementation or Oracle Transportation Management solutions
  • Possess a Master's degree from a reputable institution, preferably an M.B.A
  • Demonstrate expertise in Inventory Management, Manufacturing, SCM cloud, whether in Oracle Cloud, Oracle EBS, or Oracle OTM/GTM solutions
  • Hands-on experience with MDM solutions, particularly Oracle Product Data Hub, with a deep understanding of Material Master and Bill of Material concepts across ERP modules
  • Showcase proficiency in architecting business solutions, gathering business requirements, and integrating Business Suite application functionalities
SKILLS
  • Desirable knowledge of product costing and cost accounting
  • Valuable exposure and experience with Warehouse Management functions
