**Position Overview:**

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will play a vital role in preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects, analyzing blueprints and specifications, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery of materials.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Review construction project plans, specifications, and drawings to determine material requirements and project scope.

+ Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and other project expenses using industry-standard software and tools.

+ Collaborate with sales, purchasing, and operations teams to gather necessary information and ensure accurate pricing and availability of materials.

+ Analyze and evaluate bids from subcontractors and vendors to determine the most cost-effective options.

+ Identify potential risks and opportunities for cost savings during the estimation process.

+ Communicate effectively with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to clarify project details and address any inquiries or concerns.

+ Maintain accurate records of estimates, proposals, and project documentation.

**Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.

+ Proven experience as an estimator in the construction industry.

+ Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.

+ Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

+ Proficiency in construction estimating software and Microsoft Office suite.
