Mills James is searching for a talented individual to join their team as a Business Development Representative specializing in Video sales. If you have a knack for identifying potential customers, creating new business opportunities, and nurturing leads through the sales pipeline, we want to hear from you

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the Director of Business Development and the Chief Sales Officer to make a significant impact on our sales performance and contribute to the Company's growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and create new business opportunities with potential customers such as advertising agencies, marketing firms, and corporate clients
  • Communicate with and assess potential customers
  • Schedule appointments and follow up on leads
  • Monitor progress towards achieving sales targets
  • Collaborate with the sales team to devise strategies for meeting goals
  • Utilize CRM software (HUBSPOT) to manage leads and sales activities
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitors, and industry advancements
  • Participate in networking events and trade shows to foster connections and generate leads
  • Provide regular sales activity and results reports to management

Requirements and Skills:

  • 2-3 years of sales or customer service experience, with a focus on video production services in an agency setting
  • Proficiency in CRM software, with HUBSPOT experience being advantageous
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Thorough understanding of video production processes, techniques, and industry best practices
  • Capability to establish and maintain client relationships
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and strategies
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Effective time management and organizational capabilities
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
  • Adaptability and openness to change
  • Passion for continuous learning and development in the sales domain
