The Role:

In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our professional Heroes who are committed to improving the well-being of children and young individuals in our communities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Facilitate the training of Orthodontic Assistants and lead group training sessions as needed
  • Set clear expectations for team members regarding patient experience and promptly attend to patients' needs both in-person and over the phone
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide inspiration and vision, maintaining a positive attitude in a dynamic work environment
  • Manage various orthodontic tasks efficiently while upholding a clean and patient-focused workspace
  • Ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines

Requirements:

  • State Certification/License (where required)
  • 2+ Years of Orthodontic Assisting Experience
  • Proficiency in State and OSHA/HIPAA/CDC regulations
  • Strong Verbal Communication Skills and basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to lead a clinical team and drive professional growth
  • Radiology Certification (where needed)
  • Exceptional organizational skills and in-depth knowledge of orthodontics
